How Matching Works

You send a request or request a callback. You tell us what is wrong and where you live. We pass that to a provider in our network who serves your area.

The provider then contacts you. You talk through the problem, the timing, and the next step. If the first provider is not a good fit, you can say so and ask about another option.

What to Have Ready

A few details make the first conversation smoother:

• What the system is doing, such as blowing warm air or making noise
• The age and brand of the unit, if you know them
• Your town and the times when you are easiest to reach
• Any recent repairs or error codes

None of this has to be perfect. A short note is enough to get started.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
