How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Singerrequests Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Singerrequests Heating & Air
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that is unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know the limits, though. Singerrequests Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@singerrequests.lat. Include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you want us to do
After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with HVAC contractors, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help.
